Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

Seamless cancellations and prompt refunds await you. If your order or the desired item(s) have not yet been shipped, simply reach out to our dedicated customer support team at info@ihbrus.com or give us a call at 8882429278. You can contact us any day between 10AM to 8PM. In such cases, we will gladly cancel your order and initiate a refund within 3-5 business days after processing your cancellation request.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will initiate the refund process within 3-5 business days after receiving your cancellation request. However, please note that once the shipment has been dispatched, we are unable to accept any cancellations.

• For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3-5 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Our discount vouchers are designed for single-use purposes only. Even if you cancel your order, the voucher will be considered as used and cannot be used again.
In the event of a cancellation, if you had utilized loyalty points for your order, those points will be refunded back to your account.

Exclusions:

While we aim to provide flexibility and convenience to our customers, there are certain exclusions to our cancellation policy. These exclusions are in place to ensure fairness and maintain product quality. Please take note of the following:

Non-refundable Items: Some items may be marked as non-refundable due to their nature or specific characteristics. For example, personalized or customized products that are specially made according to your specifications may not be eligible for cancellation and refund. 

Limited Return Period: Certain products may have a limited return window due to their perishable or time-sensitive nature. Please review the product description or contact our customer support team to inquire about the return policy for such items.

Final Sale Items: Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are typically sold at a significantly discounted price and are considered non-refundable. These items are usually sold as-is, without the option for returns or cancellations. Please make sure to review the product details and sizing information before purchasing final sale items.
